Patient Care Overview

The Patient Care module displays information about the currently selected patient. The Patient Care module offers an Activity tab that allows you to see activity on the currently selected patient’s record including financial transactions, clinical information, and all assigned providers. The type of information displayed is customized by user level so only information relevant to each user is shown. You can also create custom Crystal reports for patient summaries, centralized overviews, or clinical decision support materials. If created and uploaded into axiUm, each report displays as an additional tab in the module. Example: The Patient Overview tab.  Access

The Patient Care module is organized by tabs. The Activity tab is the main tab where patient activity records are listed. All remaining tabs in the Patient Care module are custom Crystal reports that are created, then uploaded into axiUm. These reports are valuable in offering users and providers relevant information all in one place. The toolbar offers 3 icons:

): Allows you to display the Patient Card for the selected patient.
